St. Louis VA Medical Center-Jefferson Barracks

The hospital was in need of additional space for both patients and offices.  JEM provided a custom modular building totaling over 9,400 sq ft. of mixed use space complete with full data cabling, fire suppression, fire alarm and custom ADA accessible egress.

 

 

 

Lower Mon Area Office Rehabilitation

USACE was in need of additional office space at the Charleroi Lock and Dam as well as upgrading and updating their current office space.  JEM provided a new custom modular building totaling over 1,700 sq ft., poured below grade concrete footers, full data cabling, custom decks and stairs, new electrical, water and sewer connections, and new custom office furniture.

Their current office building was upgraded with all new LED lighting, new sewer connections, fresh coat of paint to match the new building, and a divider wall to make one big room into two offices.  JEM also built, on site, a new breezeway connecting the current building with the new modular building.
